At ADHDGear, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we’re here to make things right.

Our 30-Day Free Refund Promise If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or a refund. 

How to Start a Return To get started, simply send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

What We Need From You To qualify for a return, we ask that:

• The item is in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

• You have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If everything looks good, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

A Quick Note on Exceptions While we strive to accommodate everyone, we cannot accept returns for used products.
